You never pay a stranger and hope. Your payment goes into escrow only after both sides have signed, and it stays there — untouchable — until the Club approves the transfer. Approved: the seller is paid. Not approved, or the deal dies for any reason: every dollar returns automatically. And your money is never held longer than 75 days, period.
